You use an Ultrakoki dual-weight setup
Ultrakoki is the distinct choice in this group. Brew Better records water entering the brewer and coffee collecting below, then separates pour rate from drip rate. Tare and timer actions remain on the physical scale.
You want a third-party app for Varia AKU
Varia documents AKU Bluetooth use through compatible third-party apps. Brew Better reads live weight, timer, and battery data and can stop or reset a running timer. Start timing and tare from the scale.
You also need firmware updates or model-specific settings
Keep the relevant vendor tool or instructions available. Brew Better is for brewing, records, analysis, and comparison; it does not replace firmware updaters or every setting provided by a scale manufacturer.
